CVT Sales Manager (m/f), located in Maribor, Slovenia
Job description
- Analyze the CVT market, price and credit conditions in Adria region
- Prepare general sales strategies aiming to increase sales of the CVT in Adria region in close cooperation with Head of Sales
- Supervise the strategies and policies which have been defined in cooperation with the Business Unit
- Developing CVT business in close cooperation with company management, with main focus on fleet business model
- Plan and realize Support-Tire-Sales actions in close co-operation with other departments
- Create long-term relationships with key customers
- Provide the customers with marketing support activities, training and special presentations
- Assessment of new potential customers
- Management, leadership, and close cooperation with sales representatives
- Representing the company on customer events as well as trade fairs
Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Economics
- More than 5 years work experience in a tire sales function or automotive industry (or trade organization in a B2B environment)
- Experienced in managing and leading complex projects
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership role
- High intercultural awareness and experience
- Expert English language skills
- Advanced regional language skills (Serbian or Croatian required as minimum)
- Advanced MS Office, IT tools
- Expert in negotiation, coaching and networking skills
